Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping time depends on the product.

The delivery lead time is about 4-12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively. Additional import duties, customs and local sales tax will be applicable on all international orders.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. And the duty charges will be the customer's responsibility. 
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
