Shipping Policy

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery destination.

The estimated delivery lead time is approximately 4–12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders, respectively.

Please note that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization or processing.

All estimated delivery times are intended as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, additional import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes may apply. Any applicable duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different delivery address.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt.
